Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption is a nonprofit, volunteer-based, no kill shelter dedicated to rescuing,
rehabilitating and adopting homeless dogs and cats into loving homes. We are different from other
shelters in that we: are willing and able to provide expensive medical care for dogs and cats that would
otherwise make wonderful pets; Give back to the community with outreach programs for the elderly (Pet Pals), returning soldiers (SHARE Initiative), and at-risk children (CHRIS Kids); Provide a multi-faceted enrichment environment and program to ensure the maximum well-being of our animals so they are better able to
transition successfully into their new homes.
Georgia English Bulldog Rescue is a non-profit, 501C3, volunteer only based rescue. GEBR's mission
is to ensure the safety and well-being of all English Bulldogs. We take in stray bulldogs, and educate the public in the
care of English Bulldogs. We rehabilitate and re-home English Bulldogs that are sick, neglected, abused,
or injured. GEBR provides a safe alternative to shelters for owners faced with the difficult decision of finding
a new home for their English bulldog.
SNAP-2 IT’s goal is to offer spay/neuter services to anyone with an animal needing to be fixed. In addition,
SNAP-2 IT assists those in the community at large with managing cat populations by providing much needed
food and spay/neuter services, to help decrease the growing number of homeless and unwanted pets in
Atlanta and Georgia.
andGinny Millner has been helping dogs, cats and the pet/rescue community for a number of years.
As a founding member of New Leash on Life, she believes that spaying and neutering animals
is very important in aiding the war against the growing pet population. She has also been working
with the HSUS of Georgia with End Dogfighting in Atlanta & passing animal protection laws. Ginny
Millner Rescue Group is supported by group members and contributions from donors. 100% of
money donated goes to the care of the animals- spaying and neutering, vaccinations, boarding,
and food.
